Safe Working at Height Regulations 2005
This 1 day course is aimed at personnel who work in any place from which a person could fall, including areas below level.
Aimed at novices and experienced personnel, this course can provide you with an understanding of the working practices necessary to ensure your safety while working at height.
What you will cover on the day:
On the day you will learn about how to access your place of work together with the work to be done and how to implement appropriate workplace precautions.
You will gain an understanding between the differences between preventive, protective, collective and personal control measures from guard rails and nets to restraint and fall arrest equipment, together with the necessary emergency arrangements that must be in place.
Furthermore, you will also be shown how to examine, log, and store personal protective equipment.
